This assignment required for me to go and find a famous work of art on the internet and then recreate it to the best of my photographic abilities. This project was probably my favorite one thus far simply because of how much fun I had when I was taking the photos for my use in the project. I had to dress up my dad and then photoshop in photos from three different places into the background to achieve the effect that the painter captured in "The Son of Man." I most certainly feel like this project caused me to put my photoshop skills to the test, and based on the project that I was able to come up with, I passed. Being able to recreate this amazing painting in my own special, modern, photographic way brought a whole new level of ability into my photoshop skills, and I am very proud of the final image that I came up with.
